Emine Şenyaşar, whose husband and two children were killed, has staged a sit-in protest to demand ‘justice’.

Urfa- On June 14, 2018, the relatives and bodyguards of AKP deputy Ibrahim Halil Yıldız killed four members of Şenyaşar family in the Suruç district of Urfa province during the General Election held on 24 June 2018 in Turkey. The sixth hearing of the trial will be held tomorrow. Emine Şenyaşar and her son Ferit Şenyaşar have staged a sit-in protest in front of the courthouse in Urfa to demand justice for three days.

“We accept justice even if it is late”

Today, Emine Şenyaşar and her son Ferit Şenyaşar came in front of the courthouse again to continue their protest. The family tweeted, “We accept the justice even if it is late. Those who committed a crime against humanity are known and they are walking freely. Justice for our family and everyone.”
