The sit-in protest of the Şenyaşar family demanding justice for their killed relatives has entered its 319^th day. “Those who cannot stop the oppression against people cannot be the representative of the people,” the family wrote on their social media account.

Riha- The sit-in protest held in front of the Urfa Courthouse by Emine Şenyaşar, whose husband and two sons were killed in the attack carried out on June 14, 2018, in Suruç by the relatives and bodyguards of AKP Urfa MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız, and her son Ferit Şenyaşar, who survived the attack, has continued on its 319^th day.

Emine Şenyaşar has demanded justice at her home in Suruç for days due to her health problems. Ferit Şenyaşar came in front of the Urfa Courthouse to demand justice again.

“Those who cannot stop the oppression against people cannot be the representative of the people. Those who tell the oppressors, ‘You are oppressors’ can be the representative of the people. And those who remain neutral against this oppression will be eliminated,” the Şenyaşar family posted on their social media account.
