According to available information, Yumna Hallaq was struk directly, resulting in her immediate death, while her husband sustained serious injuries. Her son, 13-year-old Zein Ibrahim, was also shot in the throat area and was transported to one of the city's hospitals, where his condition was described as relatively stable.

The attack took place late on the evening of Sunday, July 26, on Beit al-Tawil Street in the Wadi al-Dahab neighborhood, after an unidentified individual opened fire on the family. Initial information indicates that a silenced pistol was used.
