Police tried to forcibly detain Emine Şenyaşar and her son Ferit Şenyaşar on the 24^th day of their sit-in protest in front of Urfa Courthouse demanding justice. Ferit Şenyaşar has been hospitalized.

Riha - On June 14, 2018, the relatives and bodyguards of AKP MP Ibrahim Halil Yıldız killed Emine Şenyaşar’s husband Hacı Esvet Şenyaşar her sons Adil and Celal Şenyaşar and wounded Fadıl, Ferit, and Mehmet from the same family in the Suruç district of Urfa province.
