On the 16^th of Emine Şenyaşar’s Justice Vigil in front of Urfa Courthouse, Dilan İzol, whose family members were killed in an attack organized by brothers of Zülfikar İzol, a former MP of the AKP, visited Emine Şenyaşar.

Rıha - On June 14, 2018, the relatives and bodyguards of AKP MP Ibrahim Halil Yıldız killed Emine Şenyaşar’s husband Hacı Esvet Şenyaşar her sons Adil and Celal Şenyaşar and wounded Fadıl, Ferit, and Mehmet from the same family in the Suruç district of Urfa province during the campaign for the General Election held on 24 June 2018 in Turkey. Wounded Fadıl was detained and then sent to prison by the court. Emine Şenyaşar has held a “Justice Vigil” in front of Urfa Courthouse with her son Ferit Şenyaşar demanding justice for 16 days.

Today, Dilan İzol, whose mother, father, sister-in-law, and cousin were killed in an attack organized by brothers of Zülfikar İzol, a former MP of the ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP), visited Emine Şenyaşar in front of the courthouse. After the talk with Dilan İzol, Emine Şenyaşar said, “This order cannot continue like this,” in tears.
