Student Shad Ahmed Hamoud from the Radar neighborhood in Tartous was reported missing after leaving her home yesterday, Wednesday, August 5, to submit an appeal regarding her Baccalaureate exam results, according to her family.

Her family reported that Shad Hamoud made her last contact with them from the Tartous bus station, informing them she was on her way home, before communication was cut off and her phone was switched off since that time, with no information received about her whereabouts.

The family appeals to citizens and anyone with information that may help determine her location to contact the relevant authorities or her family, to contribute to accelerating search efforts and uncovering her fate.
