News Center- The Taliban ordered girls' secondary schools in Afghanistan to shut down on Wednesday just hours after they reopened. Afghan graffiti artist Shamsia Hassani, the first female graffiti artist of Afghanistan, posted a painting called “School Girl/ دختر مکتب) on her social media account.

“On the first day of the new school year, when Afghan girls returned to their schools with thousands of hopes and aspirations, the Taliban expelled them from their classrooms and sent them back home,” she writes.
