“Persecution continues on the 149th day,” says Şenyaşar family
Şenyaşar family has held a sit-in protest in front of the Urfa Courthouse demanding justice for their killed relatives for 149 days.
News Center- The sit-in protest staged by Emine Şenyaşar, whose husband and two sons were killed in the attack carried out by the relatives and bodyguards of AKP MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız, and her son Ferit Şenyaşar continues on its 149th day. Today, Emine Şenyaşar stayed at home because she didn’t feel good.
Ferit Şenyaşar has held the protest in front of the courthouse even if it is very hot.
“Aren’t rules of law applied to everyone?”
“Our question is very simple: why is there no Justice for our family? Aren’t rules of law applied to everyone? Those who lynched and killed my father walk freely. Our struggle for justice continues in front of the courthouse on the 149th day under persecution,” says the Şenyaşar family’s tweet.
