News Center- The Turkish state and Turkish-backed factions continue to target civilians in North and East Syria, killing and injuring many civilians and destroying civilian properties.

One woman identified as Rahima Sabri was killed and two other civilians, identified as Nasr al-Din Hassan Sabri and Ahmed Hassan Sabri, were injured in the Turkish shelling of a village of Zirgan (Abu Rasin), a town in northeast Syria, on Friday morning.
