Sulaymaniyah- On December 23, 2022, a gun attack was carried out against the Ahmet Kaya Kurdish Cultural Center in Paris. The Kurdistan Communities Union (KCK) Executive Council Member Emine Kara (Nom de guerre: Evîn Goyi), singer Mîr Perwer (Mehmet Şirin Aydın) and Abdurrahman Kızıl lost their lives in the massacre.

Yesterday, thousands of Kurds and their friends held a ceremony in Villiers-Le-Bel, a suburb of Paris, to pay respects to the murdered three Kurdish people. After the ceremony, Emine Kara, Mîr Perwer and Abdurrahman Kızıl were sent off to Kurdistan.

Tomorrow, the body of Emine Kara will reach Sulaymaniyah. A ceremony will be held in Sulaymaniyah for Emine Kara tomorrow at 9 am. After the ceremony, her body will be transferred to Makhmur to be buried.
