The Court of Cassation overturned the court decision and the retrial will be held by the Malatya 3rd High Criminal Court. If my brother is not released, I will go to the Grand National Assembly of Turkey along with my mother. We will request a meeting with all political parties. There is a human tragedy, there is a massacre. We want justice,” the statement read.
