News Center- Gözde Bağcı, a forensic physician in Mardin’s Midyat district, was beaten by Mehmet Sait D., who is Midyat public prosecutor. The physician announced on her social media account that she has filed a criminal complaint against the public prosecutor.

In her social media account, Gözde Bağcı wrote that he had received threats from her ex-boyfriend Mehmet Sait D. The physician wrote that Mehmet Sait D. and his cousin visited and threatened her on July 11. After threatening her, they forced her into their car and battered her. In the car, Gözde Bağcı was subjected to violence for an hour.

Gözde Bağcı also wrote that although she filed a criminal complaint against Mehmet Sait D. on July 29, no records of surveillance cameras have been collected by law enforcement officials.
