Journalist Ayşenur Arslan acquitted of terrorism charges
Journalist Aylenur Arslan, who faced up to seven years and six months in prison on charges of “propagandizing for an illegal organization”, has been acquitted.

News Center- Journalist Ayşenur Arslan, who faced up to seven years and six months in prison on charges of “propagandizing for an illegal organization”, has been acquitted of terrorism charges.
Ayşenur Arslan was detained in Ankara on October 3, 2023 over her remarks she made on Halk TV regarding the bomb attack outside the Interior Ministry in Ankara on October 1, 2023 and then she was released.
However, an indictment was prepared against her on charges of “propagandizing for an illegal organization”, demanding a prison sentence of up to seven years and six months.
