Gaza- Communication and Media Center (CMC) and CARE started a new study for women in Palestine. Field visits were organized as part of the study.

“Our purpose is to improve the capacity of Palestinian youth, to provide necessary information to them to protect women and to solve the problems faced by women,” said Andaleb Adwan, the director of the CMC.

Xilod El-Swalma, projects officer of the CMC) told us that the field visits were a part of the Keyyani Project, which was carried out last year with the participation of men and women. “Our aim is to make the rights of women, young people, and people with disabilities be recognized.”

CARE is an international organization that carried out studies within the scope of the Keyyani Project to end violence against women in Palestine. Communication and Media Center (CMC) is a non-government organization founded in 2007. It aims to improve the role of the media in social problems.
