81 families leave al-Hol camp to return to their homes in Deir ez-Zur
In the al-Hol refugee camp, one of the most dangerous camps in the world, Syrian refugees have gradually returned to their homes. As 81 families from Deir ez-Zur city have begun to leave the camp to return their homes with the support of the Syrian Autonomous Administration, women became happy with the decision.
Hasekê – Syrian refugees living in the al-Hol camp have been gradually evaluated from the camp within the scope of the decision taken by the Syrian Autonomous Administration. 81 families from Deir ez-Zur city of Syria have begun to leave the camp to return their homes with the support of the administration. All needs of 81 families consisting of 265 people were met by the administration and they will be supported by the administration to rebuild their destroyed houses in Deir ez-Zur.
“We are thankful for those who supported us to return our homes”
“We have lived in the al-Hol camp for six years. We were forcibly displaced by Daesh, our houses were looted. The life in the al-Hol camp is very hard; we waited for returning to our homes for a long time. We are thankful for those who supported us to return our homes,” said Sifana Mihemed, a refugee woman from Deir ez-Zur.
