The 5^th Herekol Book Fair in Qamishlo closed its door after the closing ceremony was held at the Mihemed Şêxo Culture and Art Center.

Qamishlo- The eight-day 5^th Herekol Book Fair closed its door after a closing ceremony was held at the Mihemed Şêxo Culture and Art Center. 44 publishing houses from seven countries participated in the fair. On the last day of the fair, a documentary called Waşukani was screened. At the closing ceremony, the writers, the participants, and those who contributed to the fair received plaques.

More than 70 women writers’ books displayed

130.000 books of 44 publishing houses from seven countries in French, English, Turkish, Persian, Arabic, and Kurdish, Kurmanji, and Sorani dialects were displayed at the fair. There were books of more than 70 women writers at the fair.
