Members of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) Women’s Council visited the grave of Deniz Poyraz on her 39^th birthday.

News Center- Today is the 39^th birthday of Deniz Poyraz, who was killed on June 17 in the attack carried out by Onur Gencer on the HDP Izmir office. The members of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) Women’s Council in Izmir province, Deniz Poyraz’s mother Fehime Poyraz, her family members, HDP Izmir Co-chair Bedriye Tekgür, members of Peace Mothers in Izmir, and many women visited her grave to commemorate her.

“Happy birthday my Deniz”

Deniz Poyraz’s mother Fehime Poyraz made a speech and said, “Deniz is not only my Deniz, but she is also the Kurdish people’s Deniz. My daughter Deniz, look at your mother; see how your mother struggles for you. Rest in peace my daughter. The enemy wanted to kill Deniz but there are thousands like you. I wish you knew what these mothers and these people have done for you. Happy birthday my Deniz. I will not cry as I promised you.”
