Qamishlo- In North and East Syria, women have access to healthcare services and information at health centers. Mobile clinics provide healthcare services to women living in rural areas and villages.
In 2023, Kongra Star Health Committee opened health centers for physical therapy in Shahba, northeastern Syria. Ghazala Hamid, member of the Kongra Star Health Committee, told NuJINHA that they faced difficulties in providing health services to the people in the besieged areas. The committee has recently developed new projects to eliminate the shortage of medical supplies and healthcare personnel.
