WMW holds meeting in Tunisia

The World March of Women (WMW) has held a four-day meeting in Tunisia. On the second day of the meeting, the women discussed the objectives and programs of the WMW.

Tunisia- The World March of Women (WMW) is a feminist, anti-capitalist movement struggling against all forms of inequality and discrimination suffered by women. The movement aims to eliminate the causes at the root of poverty and violence against women. The women of the WMW have held a four-day meeting in Tunisia to discuss the objectives and programs of the WMW for its international meeting to be held in October.

Yesterday, on the second day of the meeting, discussed many issues such as combating violence against women, the problems faced by women who have become the target of war, and providing financial support to carry out the activities of the WMW all around the world. At the meeting, the participants emphasized the importance of unity among women’s organizations in the struggle against the patriarchal mentality and systems.
