Village guard Mehmet Ali K. has been sentenced to 23 years in prison for sexually abusing a child in the Gercüş district of Batman province.

News Center- Village guard Mehmet Ali K. sexually abused a child in the Gercüş district of Batman province. A case was opened against him. The final hearing of the case was held yesterday by the Midyat High Criminal Court.

During the hearing, Mehmet Ali K. admitted he had committed the crime. The court has sentenced him to 14 years in prison for “sexually abusing a child” and nine years in prison for “deprivation of liberty”. The village guard has been sentenced to 23 years in prison by the court.
