United Kurdish Women's Platform: Strengthen the struggle for the unity of people
The United Kurdish Women’s Platform has issued a statement condemning the massacre committed by the Turkish state in Zakho.
News Center- The United Kurdish Women’s Platform has issued a statement about the Turkish bombardment in the Perax village of Zakho, a district of Duhok.
The platform recalled in its written statement that many civilians, including women and children, were killed in the Turkish shelling on Zakho.
“Raise your voices”
“Every year, hundreds of civilians are killed in their homes by the invaders in four parts of Kurdistan, from Roboski to Shengal, from Afrin to Makhmur. For years, we have issued statements calling the war in the four parts of Kurdistan to be stopped and for unity among all Kurdish parties…” said the statement calling on the Kurdish women to raise their voices more against the occupation and attacks.”
Call for unity
“We, as the United Kurdish Women’s Platform, condemn the attacks against civilians. We call on women living in four parts of Kurdistan to speak out against the massacre of civilians and the looting of Kurdistan, to strengthen the struggle for the unity of Kurdish women and the Kurdish people.”
