News Center- A 16-year-old Syrian teenager identified as Abdullah Al Hamuud, who worked at the vegetable market located in the Siteler neighborhood of Semsûr (Adıyaman), was reportedly attacked by his employer, İsmail Mustafa Akkı.
Abdullah Al Hamuud was killed in the attack. According to the received report, İsmail Mustafa Akkı has been taken into custody for killing the teenager.
