Riha - The sit-in protest started in front of the Urfa Courthouse by Emine Şenyaşar, whose husband and two sons were killed in the attack carried out on June 14, 2018, in the Suruç district of Urfa province by the relatives and bodyguards of AKP Urfa MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız, and her son Ferit Şenyaşar, who survived the attack, has entered its 427th day. In the morning, the family members came in front of the Urfa Courthouse from their house located in the Suruç district of Urfa province to hold their sit-in protest. The mother and her son give information about their sit-in protest to the people and lawyers entering the courthouse.

“We call on everyone, especially healthcare workers, who witnessed the massacre that took place at the hospital: Don’t leave a dark face for your children. If the witnesses speak, the process will accelerate and the persecution will end,” the Şenyaşar family posted today on their social media account.
