Sit-in protest for justice to be held in Ankara

Şenyaşar family has struggled for justice in front of the Urfa Courthouse for 165 days. The family announced that they will keep holding their protest in Ankara when the judiciary recess ends in Turkey.

Riha- The sit-in protest demanding justice staged by Emine Şenyaşar, whose husband and two sons were killed in the attack carried out by the relatives and bodyguards of AKP MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız in the Suruç district of Urfa province, and her son Ferit Şenyaşar, who survived the attack, has continued on its 165th day.
The family will hold the protest in Ankara
Emphasizing that they demand justice, Ferit Şenyaşar said, “We keep holding our protest in front of the Urfa Courthouse because it is judiciary recess. We will carry our struggle to Ankara when the judiciary recess ends. We will come together with families demanding justice and raise our voices stronger in Ankara. I want to call on all people demanding justice; let’s raise our voices together.”
