The sit-in protest staged by Emine Şenyaşar and her son Ferit Şenyaşar demanding justice for their killed relatives has entered its 112th day.

News Center - Emine Şenyaşar, whose husband and two sons were killed in the attack carried out by the relatives and bodyguards of AKP MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız, and her son Ferit Şenyaşar, who survived the attack, have held a sit-in protest in front of the Urfa Courthouse demanding justice for their killed relatives for 112 days.

Şenyaşar family was in Istanbul last week and they visited Istanbul Bar Association and NGOs. “During our visits, we were told that we have been persecuted. Our last visit was to the Head of Istanbul Bar Association. They told us they would follow our cause. Our struggle continues. A great public opinion has formed and is growing. This solidarity gives us the strength to resist,” Ferit Şenyaşar said.
