Riha - The sit-in protest held in front of the Urfa Courthouse by Emine Şenyaşar, whose husband and two sons were murdered in the attack carried out by the relatives and bodyguards of AKP Urfa MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız in Pirsûs (Turkish: Suruç) district of Urfa province on June 14, 2018, and her son Ferit Şenyaşar has entered its 751st day.

In the morning, Emine Şenyaşar and her son Ferit Şenyaşar came in front of the courthouse to seek justice again by unfurling their banner reading, “Justice for the Şenyaşar family”.

“The people of Urfa will follow the mission and legacy of Prophet Ibrahim on May 14 (They refer to the presidential and parliamentary elections to be held in Türkiye on May 14). Our expectation is the return of justice. Those who cause injustice will lose. Our sit-in protest for justice continues on its 751st day,” said today’s social media post of the Şenyaşar family.
