“We, as mothers, don’t accept this atrocity. We have no more patience left. We cannot sleep anymore. We call on Barzani and his partners; they should end the atrocity carried out in the free mountains. They (Turkey) have been attacking our people with their tanks and artillery since April. They have been attacking our people by using chemical weapons. We have no more patience left against this atrocity. They have been brutally attacking by using chemical weapons. We call on all mothers; let’s act shoulder to shoulder to end this war,” Emine Özek said in the statement. After her statement, the representatives of other organizations demanded an end to the use of chemical weapons.
