“Our aim is to ensure the physical freedom of Abdullah Öcalan and the recognition of the Autonomous Administration by the whole world,” the Zenubya Women’s Community said in a statement to mark 12th anniversary of the Rojava Revolution.
News Center- The Zenubya Women’s Community has released a statement to mark the 12th anniversary of the revolution in Rojava, July 19, 2012.
The revolution in Rojava is a revolution of democracy, freedom, equality and reconstruction, the statement said, stressing the important role of women in the revolution.
“Since the revolution, women have been participating in all facets of life such as politics, military, economy and social life. Thanks to the co-presidency system, women hold decision-making positions. Our aim is to ensure the physical freedom of Abdullah Öcalan and the recognition of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria by the whole world.”
