On 58th day of earthquakes: 8 dead bodies found under rubble in Hatay
On the 58th day of the February 6 earthquakes, eight dead bodies were pulled out of the rubble in the Defne district of Hatay. Local sources say there are more bodies under the rubble in the district.

Today, a dead body was reportedly found under the rubble of Mehmet Akbay Apartment located in the Armutlu neighborhood of Hatay’s Defne district. The dead body has been identified as a man named Şefik. The body of a woman named Zelif Karataş was found under the rubble of a building next to Mehmet Akbay Apartment.
According to the received reports, six dead bodies were found under rubble in the Gazi neighborhood of Defne district. Local people say there are many bodies under rubble in the district.
