Negar Dabbaghi released from Tabriz prison on bail
Negar Dabbaghi, a 17-year-old art student in Tabriz, was released from Tabriz prison on a bail of 400 million Tomans, she announced on Instagram on Thursday.
News Center- Negar Dabbaghi, a 17-year-old art student in Tabriz, was released from Tabriz prison on a bail of 400 million Tomans after 13 days in detention, she announced in a post on Instagram on Thursday.
“I am just a simple protester. I was arrested for writing slogans,” her post said.
On November 23, 2024, Negar Dabbaghi was arrested and transferred to Tabriz Central Prison on charges of “inciting the public to commit acts against internal and external security”, “insulting Islamic sanctities”, “propaganda against the state” and “insulting Khamenei and Khomeini.”
