In the message, leader Öcalan affirmed that the upcoming phase may represent the beginning of a new path toward addressing a "historical issue" through legal and democratic steps, considering that this process could contribute to strengthening peace, developing law, and supporting the economy.

The message from leader Öcalan, as conveyed by the delegation, stated: "A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. we embark on a path to resolve a historical problem. We are at the beginning of a democratic process that will be as significant as the founding of the republic  Just as great efforts and sacrifices were made during the republic's founding phase, the same seriousness must be brought today to achieve a democratic republic.

This matter does not concern only Kurds or a particular group; it is a need for all who live on this land. The step to be taken will affect the future of the country and the region, and will open the way for the development of democratic law and the expansion of economic opportunities. it is a great service to be rendered to 86 million people.

we will achieve a historic breakthrough through organizatiion society. This step will make an immense contribution to peace and the economy. Not everything has been resolved yet,but there is no reason to adopt a negative stance. What matters is understanding this step correctly,and for everyone to shoulder their resposibilities for the success of the path.

The law that parliament will enact is the key to opening the way for this process. The door to the democratic republic is being opend wide.
