Kurdish Women's Initiative to be established
Final declaration of the European Kurdish Women's Workshop has been announced. The women, who attended the workshop, decided to establish the Kurdish Women's Initiative. The women called for national unity against Turkey’s attacks.
Final declaration of the European Kurdish Women's Workshop has been announced. The women, who attended the workshop, decided to establish the Kurdish Women's Initiative. The women called for national unity against Turkey’s attacks.
News Center- The final declaration of the European Kurdish Women's Workshop held in the Netherlands on September 5 has been announced. In the final declaration, the women who attended the workshop emphasize the importance of political unity and announce that the Kurdish Women's Initiative will be established. “Two million Kurds live in Europe. The Kurdish question in Europe continues as an international problem. For this reason, Kurdish women should have political unity in Europe,” said the women in the final declaration.
Some decisions made at the workshop are as follows;
“* The establishment of the Kurdish Women's Initiative,
*Call on the KDP to take a stance against Turkey’s attacks and to act for national interests,
*Sending a delegation to Southern Kurdistan in order to investigate the situation and hold official talks,
*Support women to participate in politics in order to form national unity,
*Forming of women’s committees to carry out diplomatic work at the national level.”
