Kurdish Woman Killed Under Torture in Kermanshah

Local sources reported the death of a Kurdish woman in Kermanshah after she was tortured to death by security forces, amid escalating pressure and attacks by Iranian authorities against protesters.

The protests in Iran and East Kurdistan have continued for the 21st consecutive day, while the authorities have escalated their attacks against the popular demands. In this context, the "Voice of Kurdish and Iranian Observers" website reported that a Kurdish woman named Dilara Kazemi, from the town of Gilan-e Kheirbi in Kermanshah province, was shot dead during the protests in the city.

According to the source, Dilara Kazemi was tortured by Iranian intelligence forces while in detention before being killed. Reports indicate that she was married and a mother of two. It was also reported that regime forces broke her hands and teeth during the torture.
