Iran-Sairan Khosravi, a Kurdish woman and women’s rights activist, was arrested and transferred to an unknown location by Iranian security forces in Sanandaj on November 19,2024, the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights reported on Sunday.

According to the human rights organization, the agents of the Intelligence Department in Sanandaj raided the home of Sairan Khosravi without a search warrant and arrested her.

The reasons for her arrest and the charges against her are still unknown.
