Riha- The sit-in protest staged by Emine Şenyaşar, whose husband and two sons were killed in the attack carried out by the relatives and bodyguards of AKP MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız on June 14, 2018, and her son Ferit Şenyaşar, who survived the attack, continues on its 282^nd day. The Şenyaşar family started holding their protest late today because they talked to Fadıl Şenyaşar, who has been held in a single cell of the Elazığ Prison for three years on the phone.

Yesterday, Emine Şenyaşar demanded justice from her home in the Suruç district due to her health problems. After talking to Fadıl Şenyaşar, the family started holding their protest. Talking about their phone call with his brother, Ferit Şenyaşar said, “He told us that he will be released when justice is delivered. He sent his greeting to everyone worrying about him.”

The Şenyaşar family posted a tweet reading, “As long as we have a breath to take, we will struggle. We will prevail and then leave here. Justice will prevail against the law of the superiors.”
