News Center- Journalist Medine Mamedoğlu was summoned to testify to the Diyarbakır Police Department on Tuesday for her articles and social media posts on the fire that erupted in an area between Diyarbakır’s Çınar district and Mardin’s Mazıdağı district on June 20, 2024.

Medine Mamedoğlu went to the Diyarbakır Police Department along with lawyer Resul Temur to testify. The journalist said that her articles and social media posts did not constitute a crime and her posts were as part of her journalistic activities.
