ISIS kills Seda and Hind

ISIS claims responsibility for assassinating municipal council Co-chair Seda Feysel El Hermas and the council Deputy Co-chair Hind Letif El Xidir in NE Syria-Rojava.
News Center- On January 22, 2021, Seda Feysel El Hermas, municipal council co-chair of Til Sheyir town of Deşişa district located in the south of the city of Heseke in NE Syria-Rojava, and the municipal council deputy co-chair Hind Letif El Xidir were abducted and killed by unidentified people. Yesterday, Kongra Star Coordination, NE Syria- Rojava Women’s Movement, issued a written statement about the abduction and killing of two women. ISIS claims responsibility for assassinating of two administrators in NE Syria on its official website.
NE Syria Women’s Assembly made a statement and condemned the killing of two women. The statement states that NE Syria is wanted to be eliminated and that this attack targeted the democratic nation project.
Yesterday, Kongra Star also issued a written statement and condemned the attack. In the statement, Kongra Star stated that Kurdish, Arab, Syriac, and other women working for common life and struggle have been targeted and killed by powers that don’t want stability to be built in the region.
