News Center- An 8-year-old girl named Matina Mehri was beaten by her stepfather. Being seriously injured, she was taken to a hospital in Karaj city of Iran. Then, she was transferred to the Rasool Akram Hospital in the city.

 According to the reports of Iranian news outlets, the girl suffered from many bruises and wounds on her body, severe injury in her head and had a broken leg. After a week in the hospital, she reportedly died today.

The reports say that her mother donated her organs. The stepfather has been arrested.
