Ankara- The Presidential Memorandum seeking to strip the parliamentary immunity of 42 MPs, including Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) MPs have been submitted to the Turkish parliament. The summary proceedings have been sent to the Joint Committee of the Committee on Constitution and the Committee on Justice by the Turkish Parliamentary Speaker's Office.

The names of MPs, whose parliamentary immunity is requested to be lifted, are below:
