4,251 people, including 33 children, have been killed in Iran and Rojhilat since the outbreak of protests at the end of December, according to a report released by the US-based Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA).

According to the report, the number of killed people has increased with 9,049 additional cases still under investigation and at least 5,811 protesters have been injured and 26,314 others have been arrested since the end of December 2025.
