Riha - The sit-in protest started in front of the Urfa Courthouse by Emine Şenyaşar, whose husband and two sons were killed in the attack carried out on June 14, 2018, in Suruç by the relatives and bodyguards of AKP Urfa MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız, and her son Ferit Şenyaşar, who survived the attack, has entered its 387th day.

Today, Emine Şenyaşar couldn’t join her son Ferit Şenyaşar to keep holding their protest together due to her health problems. Ferit Şenyaşar began to sit in front of the courthouse to demand justice.

“The mother has been crying out in front of the courthouse for 387 days because those who murdered her children and husband have been hiding behind Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. The world has heard the voice of the mother but the mother couldn’t make her voice heard to the President,” the Şenyaşar family posted on their social media account.
