Riha - The sit-in protest staged by Emine Şenyaşar, whose husband and two sons were killed in the attack carried out by the relatives and bodyguards of AKP MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız, and his son Ferit Şenyaşar, survived the attack, has entered in its 121^st day today. In the morning, the Şenyaşar family came in front of the courthouse to keep holding their protest. The family held a placard reading, “A mother has held a sit-in protest in front of the Şanlıurfa Courthouse demanding justice for 121 days. Her husband and two sons were killed at the hospital. No lawsuit has been opened because a member of parliament was involved in the massacre.”

Future Party (Gelecek Partisi) Vice Presidents Gani Torun and Serkan Özcan and many party members visited the Şenyaşar family today. “Whenever we try to enter the courthouse, we are taken into custody. The 8th prosecutor appointed to our case was announced yesterday. A massacre was carried out at the hospital but all records were deleted.  Help us. My son is in prison, he was sentenced to 37 years in prison. He has been held in a single cell for three years. I demand the release of my son. They took my Adil, my Celal from me, they should give me my Fadıl. What kind of state is this? It is the state of tyrants,” Emine Şenyaşar told the visitors.
