On the 273^rd day of the sit-in protest of the Şenyaşar family demanding justice, Emine Şenyaşar has been reportedly summoned to testify for allegedly “insulting a public official”.

Riha- The sit-in protest of Emine Şenyaşar, whose husband and two sons were killed in the attack carried out by the relatives and bodyguards of AKP MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız on June 14, 2018, and her son Ferit Şenyaşar, who survived the attack, continues on its 273^rd  day today. Emine Şenyaşar has been reportedly summoned to testify at the Urfa Police Department for allegedly “insulting a public official”. Emine Şenyaşar is expected to go to the police department today.

“Those who remain silent are guilty”

“Those who remain silent against the injustice in front of the courthouse are also guilty. The prosecutors, who are afraid of summoning those who killed our family members to testify, summoned the mother to testify for the 10th time. Abdulhamit Gül said before that he felt sorry for the mother,” the Şenyaşar family tweeted today by tagging the account of Minister of Justice Abdulhamit Gül.
