Riha - Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) Co-chair Pervin Buldan came to Urfa to visit Emine Şenyaşar, whose husband and two sons were killed by the relatives and bodyguards of AKP Urfa MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız, and Lütfiye Gökkan, mother of Free Women’s Movement (TJA) Spokesperson Ayşe Gökkan. After visiting HDP Urfa office, Pervin Buldan, HDP Spokesperson Ebru Günay and HDP MPs Ayşe Sürücü and Mahmut Toğrul went to Urfa Courthouse to visit the Şenyaşar family. But Emine Şenyaşar and her son Ferit Şenyaşar were detained before their visit.

“We came here to express that we feel the pain suffered by the Şenyaşar family in our heart. But the Şenyaşar family is not here. The Şenyaşar family members were taken into custody before our visit. We are holding their sit-in protest in a representative manner now.”
