News Center- Egyptian actress Aya Samaha announced in a Facebook post on Tuesday that Egyptian film producer Nahed Farid Shawki died at the age of 72.

Nahed Farid Shawki was born on December 25, 1950 as the daughter of iconic former couple Farid Shawky and Huda Sultan. Her sister Rania Farid Shawki is a well-known Egyptian actress. Rania Farid Shawki made her acting debut with a light-comedy movie called “Ah... Wa Ah Men Sharbat” in 1992. She has appeared in many films and television series.

Nadeh Farid Shawki was the owner of her eponymous production company. Her funeral will take place at the Police Mosque in the city of Sheikh Zayed after the afternoon prayer on Tuesday.
