Edanur Kaplan laid to rest
Edanur Kaplan, who was driven to suicide due to the release of the two men who raped her, was laid to rest.
Ankara – Two men named Mehmet A. and Yusuf G. raped Edanur Kaplan in the Çankaya district of Ankara on June 30. Two men were released even if Edanur filed a complaint against them. When Edanur heard the release of the perpetrators, she killed herself. Yesterday, Edanur Kaplan was laid to rest in the Karşıyaka Cemetery.
