Death toll in Israel’s attack on Gaza rises to 57,680

At least 105 Palestinians were killed and 530 others injured in Israel’s attacks on the enclave in the last 24 hours, the ministry said, adding that there are thousands of dead bodies trapped under the rubble or scattered on roads and the civil defense crews cannot retrieve them due to ongoing Israeli attacks.

According to the statement, at least 7,118 Palestinians were killed and 25,368 others injured in Israel’s attacks on the Gaza Strip since the Israeli army resumed its attacks on the Gaza Strip on March 18, 2025.

At least eight Palestinians have been killed in Israel’s attacks on Gaza City and Khan Younis since Thursday morning, the Palestinian news agency WAFA reported.

According to the news agency, four Palestinians, including a child, were killed in an Israeli airstrike targeting a group of civilians near Salah al-Din Mosque in the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, southeast Gaza City. Three Palestinians were killed in an Israeli airstrike that targeted a residential apartment near Haidar Square in central Gaza City and one Palestinian was killed and several were injured when Israeli forces opened fire on them southwest of Khan Younis.
