Campaign by Heyva Sor a Kurd for people displaced to Jazira Canton

The citizens of Afrin and Shahba, who have been displaced by the attacks of HTS and ISIS, have been settled in the Jazira Canton. The Heyva Sor a Kurd (Kurdish Red Crescent) has launched a campaign to support the displaced.

News Center- Hundreds of thousands of people have been forced to flee their homes due to attacks on North and East Syria by Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS), ISIS, and Turkish-backed armed groups. Thousands of people, who were displaced from Afrin and Shahba, were settled in Raqqa and Tabqa; however, due to the recent attacks, they have been displaced to the Jazira Canton of North and East Syria.

The displaced people have been reportedly settled in some centers, mosques, and 64 schools in the city of Qamishlo.

Campaign by Heyva Sor a Kurd

The Heyva Sor a Kurd (Kurdish Red Crescent) has launched a campaign to provide support to thousands of displaced people. “Every donation made today could save a life in Rojava. Every donation could bring hope to tens of thousands of children,” said the Heyva Sor a Kurd in a statement shared on social media platforms on Wednesday. “Now is the time for cooperation and solidarity for Rojava.”
