Afghan activist Zarifa Yaqobi released
Zarifa Yaqobi, a women’s rights activist who was detained along with her colleagues in November, has been released from prison.
News Center- Zarifa Yaqoubi, a women’s rights activist, was detained in Kabul on November 4 by the Taliban forces while holding a press conference to announce the establishment of the Afghan Women’s Movement for Equality. After calls for her release, she was released from prison yesterday.

After the release of Zarifa Yaqobi, many human rights organizations welcomed her release on social media platforms.
