73rd day of Şenyaşar family’s protest: “Resign if you cannot secure the justice!”
Şenyaşar family has held a sit-in protest demanding justice for 73 days. The family posted a tweet and called on Turkish Justice Minister Abdulhamit Gül., “Resign, if you cannot secure the justice.” After their tweet, Emine Şenyaşar and her son Ferit Şenyaşar have been taken into custody.

Şenyaşar family posted a tweet today and said, “Mr. Justice Minister Gül! Do not distribute toys to children! Distribute JUSTICE to people. Those who committed a crime against humanity at a hospital are protected. If you cannot secure the justice, then resign!”
Emine Şenyaşar made a speech today. “Those who keep silent against this massacre will certainly pay the price one day. My children were deliberately killed. We demand justice to prevail.
After the speech, police battered and detained Emine Şenyaşar and her son Ferit Şenyaşar. They have been reportedly taken to a police station.
